Every Wednesday, Kristen Bindel facilitates this group for those with a new baby at home. The first hour of group from 9:30-1o:30 is reserved for newborns under 8 weeks and then the group is opened up till noon for those with infants under one. Make new friends, commiserate, weigh baby, get lactation assistance, and even try out a variety of baby wearing devices. Kristen is a certified doula and lactation consultant as well as a mother of two. Babywearing assistance provided once a month (3rd Wednesday) by certified expert Joy Williams.
