The City of Lakewood is excited to launch the Request for Proposals (RFP) for 12900 Madison Avenue (Youth Services Building) and 16016-16024 Madison Avenue (Lawther Center). This is the first step of a process to select the best and most qualified team for the adaptive reuse of the former Youth Services building and the Lawther Center for Aging.
Responses to the RFP are due on or before 3:00pm on October 27, 2022.. Attendance at the Pre-Submission Meeting on-site on August 31 is mandatory. All questions must be submitted in writing by 3:00pm on September 1, 2022 and will be posted as they are answered. Responses will be posted by 3:00pm on September 7, 2022.
