Online Pavilion Reservation System
The City of Lakewood uses an online reservation system for pavilion rentals. Individuals interested in renting the Woman’s Club Pavilion, Kiwanis Pavilion or Gazebo can use the online system to check if a date is available and reserve the pavilion.
Please read all of the information below about the facility you are interested in renting before clicking on the rental page.
Woman’s Club Pavilion Rental
The Woman’s Club Pavilion, an enclosed facility, is available to the public for meetings or special get-togethers.
- The Woman’s Club Pavilion is not available for rental on Fridays after 5:00 PM, all day Saturday and all day Sunday from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day Weekend.
- The pavilion is available for reservations between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Setup and cleanup need to be included in the reserved time period.
- Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.
- The Woman’s Club Pavilion is not available July 1st through July 7th or observed holidays.
- Food Trucks are not permitted at Lakewood Park.
- Bounce houses/inflatables are not permitted in the park.
- Facility is handicap accessible.
- The maximum occupancy is 120 people.
- There are twelve (12) tables (60” round) always set up and another three (3) tables are in storage if needed. There are also six (6) six-foot rectangular tables available for buffet setup.
- Renters are required to provide table coverings for all tables being used.
- Wi-Fi is available
- Facility has heat, air-conditioning, a wood fireplace (Firewood is not provided. You must bring your own.) and restrooms.
- Facility kitchen has a counter top convection oven with four (4) removable racks and can accommodate four (4) full size baking pans. There is a refrigerator (no freezer) and no other appliances or utensils.
- Alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited
- No cars are permitted on the grass or the walking paths. Cars must remain in the parking lot.
- The user shall be responsible for the setup, clean up and return of the equipment and facilities (including the kitchen) to the condition and arrangement prior to their use.
- No decorations may be attached with tacks, nails, tape or any other method that would cause damage to the structure. Anything tied to the structure must be completely removed prior to expiration of the permit time. No confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed etc. is permitted. Candles are also not permitted.
- Dogs are NOT permitted in or around the pavilion.

FEES FOR WOMAN’S CLUB PAVILION RENTAL
Security Deposit: $200.00
The deposit is refundable after your event less any cost for improper clean-up/damages to the facility.
Security deposits will refunded by check within 30 days of your rental date and are mailed to the address provided on the reservation.
Effective December 7, 2022, the rates for the Woman’s Club Pavilion are the following:

Resident or Lakewood Community Group | $55.00/hour |
Non-resident | $85.00/hour |
Weekend Rental (Weekend Rentals are not available from Memorial Day to Labor Day)
Resident or Lakewood Community Group | $75.00/hour |
Non-resident | $115.00/hour |
The deposit and all fees are due at the time of rental.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- To cancel a reservation, please email pavilions@lakewoodoh.net or call (216) 529-6800.
- To receive a full refund of all fees and deposits, a reservation must be cancelled no later than two weeks before the scheduled event date.
- If cancelled within two weeks of the scheduled event, only the security deposit will be refunded.
- Refunds are issued by check within 30 days of your rental date and are mailed to the address provided on the reservation.

Kiwanis Pavilion Rental
The Kiwanis Pavilion is an open air pavilion that is reserved from May through October of each year. Reservations can be made beginning March 1st of each year. This facility offers four separate sections that can be reserved either individually or together. Each section seats fifty people. The non-refundable rental fee is $50.00 per section per day or portion of the day. Reservations must be made at least one week in advance of rental date.
- Reservations are made for the period between May 1st and October 31st.
- Reservations hours are from 7:00 AM-9:00 PM.
- The Kiwanis Pavilion is not available July 1st through July 7th or observed holidays.
- Food Trucks are not permitted at Lakewood Park.
- Bounce houses/inflatables are not permitted in the park.
- There are four sections in the pavilion (Red, Blue, Green & Brown). Each section can be reserved individually.
- Each section has ten (10) tables.
- Electricity is not provided as part of your rental.
- Alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited.
- The Kiwanis Pavilion is accessible by walking path only.
- No cars are permitted on the grass or the walking paths. Cars must remain in the parking lot.
- The user shall be responsible for the setup, cleanup and return of the equipment and facilities to the condition and arrangement prior to their use.
- Setup and cleanup need to be included in the reserved time period.
- No decorations may be attached with tacks, nails, tape or any other method that would cause damage to the structure. Anything tied to the structure must be completely removed prior to expiration of the permit time. No confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, etc. is permitted.
- If you encounter any problems, contact the on-duty groundskeeper. If unable to contact a groundskeeper, call the non-emergency police number: (216) 521-6773.
- Dogs are NOT permitted in the Pavilion or playground areas.
- No amplified sound or music is permitted.
- Grills are not permitted on the tables or inside the pavilion.
- Ordinance 905.15 and 529.10 govern the use of this pavilion.

Gazebo Rental
Reservations for the Gazebo in Lakewood Park can be made from May 1st to October 31st. Reservations must be made at least one week in advance of rental date. The non-refundable rental fee is $25.00 per two (2) hour block. Your cleanup and setup need to be included in that time period.

- The Lakewood Park Gazebo is not available July 1st through July 7th or observed holidays.
- The Gazebo is accessible by walking path only.
