CONGREGATE MEALS
Served to individuals 60 and older attending the center, Monday through Friday.

• Monthly menus are posted at the center and in the monthly newsletter
• Reservations are to be completed by noon on Wednesdays the week prior
• Reservations may be made by phone or using “My Senior Center” system

HOME DELIVERED MEALS
Lakewood Residents who are age 60 and older and homebound.

• One meal a day will be delivered between the hours of 10:30AM and 12:30PM, Monday through Friday
• Volunteers deliver the meals and are unable to leave meals if the participant is not home
• Excessive failure to not cancel or be home to accept the meal may impact continued enrollment in the program
