Parent School Safety Forum
On September 27, 2018, the Lakewood Police Department in partnership with the Lakewood City Schools hosted a parent school safety forum.
Topics covered included concepts of A.L.I.C.E (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate), safety tips for parents, information on how students will be trained to respond to a school emergency and questions and comments from parents.
