October 24, 2017

On October 23, 2017 the Lakewood Police Department arrested Samantha Buehner, 29 year old female from Lakewood, on 5 warrants for Criminal Damaging. Buehner was charged with spray painting the front windows of the Mission, 14625 Madison, twice, a wall at 14410 Madison, a city garbage can at Madison and St. Charles, and a wall at 15639 Madison.

The spray painting occurred between October 16th and 17th. Lakewood Detectives were able to utilize the City of Lakewood surveillance cameras on Madison Ave. to identify Buehner as a suspect. Buehner is being held in the Lakewood City Jail awaiting her court appearance.

“Graffiti is an affront to all the members of our community. The Lakewood Police Department takes these investigations seriously and our Detectives worked very hard on identifying the person involved to stop her from doing more damage,” according the Lakewood Police Chief Tim Malley.
