6:00 PM – State of the City Address

6:30 PM – Open House at Cove Community Center

Lakewood Mayor Meghan F. George will present the 2022 State of the City address on Tuesday, April 12th  at 6:00 p.m. at the new Cove Community Center, 12501 Lake Avenue.  Prior to the State of the City, at 5:30 PM, there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony for celebrate the opening of Cove Community Center.  Following the address, at 6:30 PM, there will be an open house of the new community center.

Mayor George is serving in her third year as Mayor.

Her State of City Address will focus on the city’s achievements, opportunities and challenges with a particular emphasis on Lakewood’s future.
