Lakewood COVID-19 Emergency Residential Rent Assistance Program

Lakewood residents having trouble paying rent as a result of COVID-19 who earn less than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) adjusted for household size according to the table below may qualify for emergency rental assistance.
